Can I move my reviews from another app?

Yes. Export a CSV from your current review app, then import it under Import & export. Photos, replies and tags come with it.

Do reviews show stars in Google?

RVWS adds product review structured data to your product pages, which Google can show as star ratings in search results. Google decides when to display them.
