What happens if I go over my monthly order limit?
Nothing is charged. Purchase points pause until your next billing month, and every other part of the program keeps working. Upgrade any time if you need a higher limit.
Can I import members from my current loyalty app?
Yes. Export members and point balances as a CSV from your current app, then import them under Members → Import.
Does it work with RVWS reviews?
Yes. With both apps installed, members can earn points for writing reviews.
