Do returns sync to Shopify?
Yes. RTRN creates returns through Shopify's returns API, so refunds, restocks and exchanges show up on the order in Shopify admin.
Do I need EasyPost?
Only for prepaid labels. Without it, customers get your return address and ship the item themselves.
How do customers find the portal?
Link it from your store navigation or footer, and turn on the returns button in customer accounts.
